Hello! I am Natasha Rubin, also known as "The Gifted Assistant". 

 

Gifted Assistant Management Services (GAMS), was started as a result of me wanting to live a lifestyle that would honor me and my family. After years of working in the corporate world and a few years in the non profit sector, I wanted to take my love for administration and find a way to work at a pace that would fit the long term plans I had for me and my family.

To be honest, when I first started my business, I was not familiar with the term 'Virtual Assistant'. I wanted to do administrative services from home for small businesses and individuals. It was during a coaching session with a business coach, that I identified Virtual Assistant as the name for my new career.
 

For well over 12+ years, I have provided administrative support, mainly in corporate arenas. As I began to work more and more with upper level management, the role of assistant took on a different meaning for me. I recognized that the relationship between the assistant and her manager was more of a partner relationship. The role of a Virtual Assistant is the same. A Virtual Assistant not only helps you decrease your stress and increase your earning potential by taking on the day to day task of your company, but she or he also provides insight, knowledge and long term partnership possibilities.

 

With the increase in businesses using social media to market their products and services, I have enhanced my skill set by becoming a Social Media Marketing Professional in order to continue to provide great services to my present and future clients.

"The Gifted Assistant", was a name given to me because of my knack for being able to assess the needs of my clients before they at times realize what they needed. Detail-oriented, organized, dependable and pleasant to work with are just a few words to describe what I have to offer.
